Full Line Renovation! VanJee Showcases Multiple New Products at Guangzhou Logistics Exhibition

From May 18th to May 20th, VanJee LiDAR made a dazzling appearance at the LET 2023 Guangzhou Logistics Exhibition. During this exhibition, VanJee LiDAR product line received a complete makeover, introducing a range of new products including navigation radar, obstacle avoidance radar, 3D LiDAR, and algorithms designed for industrial logistics scenarios. This further solidifies confidence in the quality of domestically produced LiDAR among industry customers.

Higher Quality, Ultimate Compactness

VanJee Navigation LiDAR WLR-719, a stunning appearance

VanJee’s high-performance LiDAR WLR-719, made its debut at the exhibition. With three optional frequencies (10Hz, 20Hz, and 30Hz) and two angular resolutions (0.1°and 0.033°), LiDAR WLR-719 provides precise and abundant point cloud data. It enables AMR to achieve more accurate and faster operations.

Despite its powerful performance, VanJee WLR-719 LiDAR boasts a compact size of only 65mm*65mm*62mm, making it one of the smallest LiDARs in its category, suitable for integration into small-sized intelligent devices.

Since its launch, VanJee high-performance LiDAR WLR-719 has received acclaim from numerous industry-leading customers, and thousands of units have already been shipped, thanks to its outstanding performance and superior quality.

Balanced Performance, Designed for Mass Production

New Obstacle Avoidance Product WLR-718H

With the scaling of the magnetic-guided AGV market, there is a pressing need for low-cost and reliable obstacle avoidance radar. To meet this market demand, VanJee has introduced a lightweight version of its obstacle avoidance LiDAR WLR-718H.

VanJee LiDAR WLR-718H provides a balanced performance, with a flexible protection range of up to 12 meters, a distance measurement accuracy of 30mm, and an angular resolution of 0.25. Its precise modular design enables automated large-scale production to meet supply demands effectively.

Updates to 3D Laser Navigation Algorithms

Expanding AMR Application Scenarios from Indoor to Outdoor

VanJee also presented three 3D LiDAR products at the exhibition: LiDAR WLR-719C (4line) , LiDAR WLR-720 (16line), and LiDAR WLR-721 (64line). The rich environmental perception information provided by 3D laser technology assists AMR in operating in more complex indoor and outdoor scenarios.

 

To enhance the usability of 3D LiDAR in industrial settings, VanJee has developed its own 3D laser navigation solution based on LiDAR WLR-720 (16line).

This algorithm solution offers millimeter-level positioning accuracy and is adaptable to dynamic scenes with mixed human-robot traffic, open spaces without reference objects, and long narrow passages with repetitive features. The upgraded algorithm solution also incorporates powerful features such as one-time mapping and automatic map updates, facilitating easier on-site use for customers.
