VanJee Technology Appeared at the Beijing Auto Show, Technological Innovations Empower the Development of Intelligent Connected Vehicles

Sep 30,2020

On September 28, the 16th Beijing International Automobile Exhibition with the theme of "Intelligent Leading the Future" was grandly Held. VanJee Technology participated in the exhibition as an auto parts supplier, displaying VanJee the latest products such as LiDAR, V2X vehicle terminal, front-mounted ETC and automotive grade vehicle information service system for intelligent connected vehicles.

At present, development of the new generation of intelligent connected vehicles has been rapidly developing globally. The technological development direction represented by autonomous driving and connected vehicles is accelerating the integration, gradually forming new product forms, business models and industrial ecology. It not only brings new opportunities for transformation of traditional vehicle companies, but also puts forward new requirements for the technological innovation capability of the supply chain. As China's leading provider for ETC, LiDAR perception and V2X vehicle-road collaboration solutions, VanJee Technology has accumulated a large number of independent innovation technologies in the field of intelligent connected vehicles and has comprehensive and excellent systematic solutions, which can help partners realize product value.

Under the promotion of national policies, ETC has gained more widespread popularity, and the after-mounted on-board electronic tags have gradually become part of the vehicle configuration. The automotive-grade ETC pre-installed solution launched by VanJee Technology takes the ETC electronic label hardware module as the standard electronic component of the vehicle for standardized development from vehicle design, research and development to production and manufacturing, seamlessly embedded in the vehicle platform with the quality of the vehicle-grade level. Therefore it is highly integrated and unified with the vehicle in terms of product quality, function, appearance design and etc. The multi-series vehicle power supply products exhibited by VanJee can realize the multi-function expansion of rear-view mirror, DVR, central control and T-BOX which can be socially online distribution. Product reliability, durability and convenience of use will be greatly improved. The company has obtained supplier qualifications for more than 40 world-renowned OEMs such as German, Japanese, and American OEMs.

V2X can effectively solve the problems of vehicle out-of-sight and blind spot in the application of intelligent vehicles and autonomous driving. As one of the earliest enterprises engaged in the research of V2X terminal products and application technology in China, VanJee is a core member of the LTE-V2X frequency and compatibility test project. VanJee Technology launched the first batch of LTE-V communication terminals in China in 2017, deeply participated in the formulation of V2X industry standards, continuously innovated V2X product form and application technology system and continued to maintain domestic leading position in product concept and technical route. At this exhibition, VanJee Technology exhibited a new generation of automotive-grade V2X vehicle-mounted unit, which has the characteristics of large reliable radius and low communication delay and can adapt to the complex road environment with multiple lanes and high moving speed. It has a built-in Beidou high-precision positioning module allowing users for secondary developing.

VanJee Technology provides overall solutions for a number of key demonstration areas. During Wuhan Military Games Demonstration Project - National Intelligent Connected Vehicle Test Demonstration Area and "Four-crossing" interconnection application demonstration activities. The accuracy of scene triggering, the human-computer interaction interface and the stability and adaptability of V2X products and technical solutions have been highly praised by the industry and vehicle companies.

In the field of vehicle-mounted LiDAR, radar is upgraded in the direction of multi-wiring and high precision, but the stability and high cost of sensors still restrict the industrialization of autonomous vehicles.VanJee Technology continues to accelerate the MEMS and OPA technology research. At the same time, with the ability to quickly respond to the customized development of vehicle companies, as well as the advantages of high reliability, high performance and low cost, VanJee continues to promote the application of self-driving vehicles in specific scenarios. At this exhibition, VanJee Technology exhibited a high-tech automotive-grade 8/16-layer mass-produced LiDAR, a 32-layer LiDAR with a 360-degree scanning field of view, and the newly developed MEMS solid-state LiDAR engineering prototype.

VanJee LiDAR has been exhibited at CES for many times. The 8-line LiDAR has been applied to Yutong self-driving bus and Dongfeng electric bus Sharing-VAN to achieve L4-level autonomous driving, which were exhibited at Boao Forum for Asia and Shanghai International Auto Show respectively. The 16-line LiDAR launched this year has 100m (10% reflectivity) ranging capability in performance and 4D reconstruction of road dynamic environment based on point cloud data, which can accurately distinguish roads, vehicles, pedestrians, non-motor vehicles and other objects, helping vehicles to achieve precise control in complex environments, VanJee has cooperated with Yutong Motors to realize the batch application of L4-level unmanned vehicles in industry parks.

This year's Beijing Auto Show, VanJee Technology demonstrated layout and development confidence in the automotive ecosystem with a comprehensive vehicle-level product line. With the company's continuous investment in automotive electronics, the second phase of the vehicle-level production and scientific research base was completed and put into production. VanJee Technology will empower the automotive industry with stronger technology and product innovation and help China’s 5G new infrastructure and the strategic development of intelligent connected vehicles.
