Recently, China Quality Association announced the list of enterprises with typical experience in national quality benchmark in 2021. In the direction of digitalization and intelligence of industrial enterprises, VanJee Technology has obtained national quality benchmarking certification. This authoritative certification shows that the degree of digitization and product quality of the VanJee factory are already at the leading level in China.

VanJee's production and scientific research base is located in Shunyi district, Beijing, with a total production area of 43,000 square meters. It has invested a large number of information application systems and automated production and testing equipment. It has a 10,000-level dust-free workshop and a CNAS laboratory, which can realize the whole process from SMT, automated assembly to testing. The intelligent production provides mass production and quality assurance for LiDAR, OBU and other automotive products.

Information Management

Break Through Data Silos

Informatization is the infrastructure of the digital factory. VanJee Factory has established a systematic online information system from five levels: equipment level, control level, execution level, planning level, and decision-making level, and has opened up management, sales, operation, production, logistics and other links to realize online closed-loop management, takes digital factory management to a new level.

In the product development stage, from needs to design simulation, process management, manufacturing collaboration, and version iteration, VanJee adopts the industry-leading Siemens teamcenter PLM systems and etc., to ensure the quality and efficiency from R&D to production manufacturing.

In terms of enterprise operation management, from front-end sales forecasting, order management, to material plan procurement, production plan execution, and financial control analysis, the application of SAP, ERP and other systems has realized the integrated management of business and finance.

When production engineers perform production tasks, MES, WMS, APS, QMS and other systems cover the entire product life cycle from raw material receipt, warehousing, production planning and scheduling, processing and manufacturing, process inspection, and warehousing to delivery. The production process is more transparent, visualized and precise.

VanJee management system has also realized the error prevention mechanism of intercommunication, interconnection and mutual control with the automated production line, such as the interaction of product qualification rate, station passing information and other related data, so that the production equipment is fully automated. As shown in the figure above, the production progress and key performance indicators can be grasped in a timely, punctual, and real-time manner through the visual board and management reports to make the information transparent.

Automated Manufacturing

Guarantee Production Efficiency

In standardized production, automation means fast, efficient and reliable. Automated equipment can better perform complex and high-accuracy tasks, the collaborative work of robotic arms and employees can improve production efficiency.

The automated SMT production lines currently put into production by VanJee Technology adopt world-class configurations and equipped with complete SMT process components: laser engraving --> solder paste printing --> high-precision placement --> furnace curing --> Reflow soldering --> AOI optical inspection.

After the circuit board material enters the SMT production line, the first step is to engrave the QR code online. The proprietary QR code ID will record the whole process information of production, inspection, storage, etc., which can be traced from the supplier to the finished product.

The circuit board printed with the QR code will enter the solder paste printing process later. Solder paste is the soldering material for circuit boards. Solder paste printing has extremely high requirements for thickness, shape, size, etc., and high-accuracy testing is mandatory. VanJee adopts the advanced stop-and-go 3D-SPI method, and adopts the moore fringe light source design to achieve detection effect that is without dead angle and shadow.

SMT is the core link in the entire automation process, and its function is to accurately install the surface mount components on the fixed position of the circuit board. In order to ensure an extremely high effect, VanJee selects the world's advanced ASM TX series to achieve efficient and accurate placement.

In the assembly process, VanJee has realized automatic machines to replace manual work, including automatic material grabbing, automatic handling, automatic fastening, automatic screw locking, automatic cleaning, material shortage alarm, automatic card insertion test, automatic marking and packaging, and other processes, the speed, accuracy and efficiency of the production line are at the highest level in the industry.

The Production Process Can be Traced

VanJee has strict requirements on product quality. VanJee factory is equipped with a complete production process traceability system and a strict quality control system.

VanJee factory chooses QR code as the information carrier of process traceability. Through the PPID of the product, information such as the process route, manufacturing equipment, process parameters, operators and material consumption corresponding to the product can be traced. By storing the box ID or pallet ID of the workshop, the packaging and movement information of the product can be traced. Through the RID of the material, the batch information and supplier information of the material can be traced.

In terms of quality control, VanJee Technology has completed the seven system certifications of IATF 16949, ISO 9000, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 27001, QC08000, and ESD S20.20, and operates SPC, MSA, APQP and other quality methods, to control the defect rate of products below 30ppm.
